We’re excited to announce the launch of two new courses in partnership with Indeed—designed to equip you with practical, career-boosting skills in two high-demand fields: AI Prompt Engineering and Product Design.

Short for Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) account, this financial tool allows eligible Disabled people to save and invest money for disability-related expenses without affecting their eligibility for means-tested government benefits like Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Medicaid.

Whether it's chronic pain, neurodivergence, an autoimmune disorder, a mental health condition or anything else, hidden disabilities can impact every part of life, including work.
Movie premieres are often inaccessible, but for Barbie, Warner Bros partnered with Making Space to create an inclusive pink carpet experience. From set design to event logistics, we ensured that Disabled attendees were prioritized.
We collaborated with Sesame Street to provide comprehensive training on disability inclusion, universal design and accessible storytelling. This training was designed to equip the Sesame Street team with the knowledge and tools to create more authentic and inclusive content for disabled children and families. We also consulted to ensure the script portrayed Disabled characters in nuanced and authentic ways.
For Champions, a film featuring 12 Disabled actors, Making Space provided essential training to prepare them for the press circuit, ensuring they felt confident in interviews and red carpet events. Additionally, we trained Woody Harrelson, Kaitlin Olson and Cheech Marin on disability and accessibility related messaging and narratives to highlight during the press tour.

We played a pivotal role in ensuring authentic disability representation in Lady Chatterley’s Lover, a Netflix and Sony (3000 Pictures) feature starring Emma Corrin and Jack O’Connell. Working alongside the Academy Award and BAFTA-winning Blueprint Pictures, our Lead Disability and Access Consultant, Dan Edge, collaborated with production teams to create an inclusive and accessible environment for actor Matthew Duckett, who portrayed Clifford Chatterley.

We partnered with GIPHY to conduct a comprehensive audit of their disability-inclusive resources, ensuring their digital assets and production processes were accessible to all users. By evaluating existing workflows, we identified key areas for improvement and provided actionable recommendations to embed accessibility into GIPHY’s systems and creative content.

We collaborated with LEGO to enhance disability representation across their storytelling and character development. By participating in LEGO’s design sprint, we provided expertise to ensure that Disabled characters were authentically portrayed, scripts were inclusive, and employees had the knowledge to integrate accessibility into their work.

We partnered with Intertek to deliver comprehensive training on Disability Awareness, Language, and the Social Model of Disability to 43,800 employees in 1,000 locations worldwide. The goal was to equip teams with the foundational knowledge and tools to foster a more inclusive workplace while aligning company-wide language and approach, and enable them to hire more professionals from the Disabled community.
